○ CEO Hojin Kim

- October 1, 2008 Eastablished HYUNWOO(PVT) ,LTD

Collects different types of recycling wires from Hyundai Heavy Industry, DongGook Steel Manufacture,

Posco and operates HYUNWOO(PVT) ,LTD

Business Motive

From my experiences, I recognized that South Korea has imported or recycled the wastes

(such as waste wires) to fulfill the demand because Korea could not produce copper raw materials.

There are some recycling companies who import, but number of problems have occur during the importing process.

Thus, I planned out this business.

While interested in the waste wires(copper) business from South Korea or elsewhere, I met a person in A foreign country, who has run waste wire business. Then, we planned out a business model, which a factory in Sri Lanka would produce copper and import the products to South Korea. By importing a short supply material from foreign countries, HYUNWOO INDUSTRIAL(PVT)LTD will not only assist Korean companies, but also contribute to Korean economy.

Sri Lanka is just settled from the civil war and in the process of political stability.

Also, Sri Lanka does not have a recycling specialized factory or waste wire manufacturing company because Sri Lanka only produce 20000 tons of waste wire in a year.

Therefore, Sri Lanka government promised that they will support our waste wire business and we could make a contract with Sri Lanka telecommunication company and electricity company for defective deals.

Even though Sri Lanka only produces 20000 tons of waste wires in a year, their economy is growing rapidly like the economy of South Korea in mid-1970s.

Therefore, we anticipate that there will be more waste wires in the future and expect bright future of this business.
